Operations

  1. -Boiler operation will be done as per instruction of manufacturer.
  2. -Recording of all necessary parameters.
  3. -Checking of all safeties and controls.
  4. -Monitoring of boiler efficiency.
  5. -Reporting thorough logbook.

mounting maintenance

All type of Boiler and Turbine Operation, Maintenance, Heavy Erection &complete Water Treatment Solution.

  1. Blow down of gauge glasses, mobrey controllers’ boiler drum depending on the TDS.
  2. Soot cleaning from heating surface by soot blower

Weekly

Checking of operation of mob ray controllers
Checking of functioning of injector if any.
Checking of water pump discharge line recirculation line and pressure reducing.
Checking of operation of pressure switches.
Checking of high stack temperature cut off switch if any.
Replacement off gas kits if necessary.

Mothly

Cleaning of gauge glasses.
Checking of all strainers in water circuit 3 -Maintenance of feed water pumps.
Cleaning of I.D. fan. Damper
Lubrication of all bearings and gearbox assembly.

Tri Mothly

Checking of operation of steam safety valves

Operation

  1. Unit operations will we done as per instruction of manufacturer.
  2. Recording of all necessary parameters.
  3. Monitoring of chemical consumptions against finished product.
  4. Checking of all controls

Weekly

1 -Tightening / Replacement of pump glands incase of any leakage.
2 -Any other as per manufacturer instruction.
